Slope Style
Exhibit graphics
The Vermont Ski & Snowboard Museum’s exhibit titled Slope Style was a fun project that coupled vintage fashion, skiing and advertising. The exhibit featured a variety of ski and snowboard fashions from the 1930s to today, and was created by Poppy Gall (outdoor clothing and gear designer extraordinaire, and founder of Isis for Women.) Poppy asked that I use this fashion drawing of a woman from the late 1940s as part of the logo. I worked in color and type treatments to reflect design popular during of this era.
