About

MeHello! I hope you’re enjoying my online portfolio. I’m a graphic designer, art director, and marketer who may be the perfect fit for your next project. I currently work as a Senior Designer at The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at The University of Vermont. Here, I art direct the alumni magazine Vermont Medicine, and design a wide variety of other publications, reports, event collateral, infographics and more.

I love working with type as well as getting all the pieces of a project to come together and create impact. I’ve worked with many brand identities to strengthen their brand. Photo shoots and illustration assignments are also in my wheelhouse. Fair warning: I may ask many questions at the start of your project to make sure it has a winning outcome.

As a kid, an obsession with coloring books, caran d’ache markers, and magazines such as Life, National Geographic and Sports Illustrated influenced me greatly. Visits to the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, historical sites around New England, and roaming Harvard Square on weekends (we lived nearby) also shaped me. I spent lots of time in music stores pouring through records (yes vinyl!) discovering artists and checking out their record covers. The influence of my creative, project-oriented parents cannot be overlooked — they were DIY people long before the term existed!

Currently, riding my bike, skiing, gardening, cooking, and talking to cool people like you are what make me tick. Contact me if you need a passionate designer, have a question, or just to say hey — I’d love to hear from you. To learn more, please read my resume.

May great design be in your life!
